1:05
call one eight hundred six five nine
1:09
3300 that's one eight hundred six five
1:12
nine 3300 hey y'all welcome to what's
1:20
cooking with Paula Deen and this week
1:23
y'all I have my beautiful sweet charming
1:27
loving daughter-in-laws louder
1:31
Claudia Dean and she is here to talk to
1:35
us about her new blog I am anxious to
1:39
hear all about it because I've told
1:40
y'all before y'all have seen Klaudia
1:43
with me and she um she is a lifestyle
1:48
coach and she really knows how to eat
1:51
and live very very clean and very very
1:55
healthy so tell me what this new thing
1:59
is that you've got so um when did you
2:02
start it okay so I always like always
2:05
happy idea that I wanted to start like a
2:07
real blog like I have my website where
2:09
people yeah contact me I hate like they
2:12
can see my plants and
2:13
I know karate whatever I can see your
2:16
plants like the plans that I offer
2:18
online counseling you can insert
2:20
configure that plan cloudiest got a
2:22
little accent and sometimes because I'm
2:26
from Venezuela Venezuela did I say it
2:30
riot yay yay and sometimes we have a
2:33
little hard time understanding each
2:35
other but she's much better in her
2:38
language than I'm in my life
2:40
she's better in my language than I am in
2:43
my language no
2:44
so anyway ain't playing though my plans
2:48
on my plan so um so anyhow I wanted to
2:52
create like a blog and I have a little
2:55
blog section on my on my website but if
2:57
I didn't feel like so much love into it
2:59
because it would be like one more tab on
3:02
the whole site yeah I was like whatever
3:04
I was gonna I didn't know it was going
3:05
to be confusing for people but I was
3:08
like I don't care I'm just gonna go
3:09
ahead and open the blog so it took me a
3:11
little bit to find a name and it just is
3:13
it hard to start a blog no it's easy I
3:16
mean it took me time just to make it
3:18
look pretty yeah you know I like the
3:20
logo and all that stuff but um I put it
3:24
up and by picking up the name that was
3:26
tricky but I am what is the 9 da da Dada
3:31
trendy smoothie da da ta Qi that trend
3:35
is my th e baby around this movie okay
3:40
because I wanted it to bring the
3:42
smoothie and it all started was because
3:43
I just wanted a place so sometimes like
3:45
on my social media like on Facebook or
3:47
Instagram
3:48
i will post a lot of recipes like health
3:50
the recipes let's say your tips or
3:52
whatever but then and they'll get lost
3:54
because I didn't have them on a website
3:56
so let's say I pose a pancake recipe and
4:00
six months later you're like oh I
4:02
remember Claudia posted a pancake right
4:04
let me go look at it
4:05
there's so many other pictures just gets
4:08
lost so join like a pro eventually moves
4:10
down or bottom when you can't find
4:12
exactly so I just like to have like a
4:14
plays were everything can be there you
4:16
have like a search button that you can
4:17
food like breakfast and then YUM how
4:19
about you know website okay it is not
4:20
your oh yeah oh yeah it's like recipes
4:22
and then there's also I have like all my
4:24
ready play my race recaps like if I I
4:26
just
4:26
moneth on like in May were in Los
4:28
Angeles a marathon yes so like I do like
4:32
the reviews of the marathons or I was
4:34
still stopping to volley and we were
4:35
talking about the trip that it took to
4:37
find them out so like I'll do like a
4:39
review of the hotel that I say or
4:41
whatever so there's like a lot of
4:42
content but it's organ a lot of
4:44
information there and you're giving
4:46
people a lot of information but it's
4:49
organized right which was the biggest
4:50
thing that I didn't have was that he was
4:53
not organ music and even for me like
4:55
sometimes I wanted to be like oh that
4:57
because I'm very like whatever I have
5:00
around I'll just throw it together and
5:02
like let's say for a recipe and he'll
5:04
come out and then like all want to do it
5:06
again but I'll because I did an idea I
5:09
don't know yeah yeah yeah there's an
5:12
awful lot into formulating a recipe yes
5:17
to me it's actually easier to just have
5:21
my ingredients out and put it together
5:24
but to try to measure and formulate
5:27
everything is hard you know I know how
5:30
much to shake yeah but oh can be kind of
5:34
annoying - yeah yeah yeah yeah but yes
5:39
yeah can yeah so yeah so it's basically
5:42
bad you have to check it out yeah that
5:46
all the recipes are less healthy of
5:48
course you know I is it all about is it
5:52
just about smoothies or in no no no so
5:55
when I pick up the name that I was
5:57
thinking about and ask a bunch of people
5:59
like birds you have to find a name that
6:01
is not already taken which is so hard
6:03
because there are like millions of blogs
6:05
out there gone and about health and
6:08
whatever so that was really hard and
6:10
then I also so I was I go on a name that
6:13
implies is going to be healthy recipes
6:15
right but I also want something that
6:17
implies that it's not just going to be
6:19
recipes like maybe I can talk about
6:21
beauty products or whatever I talk about
6:23
right or right about not talk about so
6:25
that's what I think the word trendy and
6:28
then the words Moody just kind of like
6:30
to me sounds like a salad but it's just
6:32
like am i of like vegetable right or how
6:35
about like when you think what do you
6:37
think something healthy like I make I
6:38
think of a liquid a filet
6:40
but it's like a mix of fruit or whatever
6:42
I saw this gonna be like a mix of house
6:46
stuff yeah whatever you want to talk
6:48
about or put up and you know my favorite
6:52
thing to do cloud is to reach out and
6:54
ask your friends out there you know what
6:57
what do you want to know what would you
6:59
like to see oh thanks
7:02
can I help I'll answer a question for
7:05
you or get to the bottom of it something
7:07
that you've been trying to find
7:09
information on so that will help yeah
7:12
that's fine how long have you had your
7:13
blog up two months not even yet two
7:16
months yeah there's a front yeah yeah
7:18
there it is
7:19
I like 30 recipes marcelina great yeah
7:23
that's great well to a baby our director
7:26
our director is signaling us that we
7:30
right now go we got to go pay the piper
7:33
and pay for this little bitty ad we've
7:36
got going so we'll be right back the
7:39
speech that you live in really affects
7:42
the way you feel so my first
7:44
recommendation is start by updating your
