0:37

0:42
our what's cooking with Paula Deen and
0:44
this week y'all I have my beautiful
0:48
sweet charming loving daughter-in-law
0:52
laude
0:53
Claudia Dean and she is here to talk to
0:58
us about her new blog I am anxious to
1:02
hear all about it because I've told
1:03
y'all before y'all have seen Claudia
1:05
with me and she um she is a lifestyle
1:10
coach and she really knows how to eat
1:13
and live very very clean and very very
1:18
healthy so tell me what this new thing
1:21
is that you've got so um and when did
1:24
you start it okay so I always like
1:27
always
1:28
how'd the idea that I wanted to start
1:30
like a real blog like I have my website
1:31
where people contact me like they can
1:34
see my plants and Rhyno write whatever I
1:38
can see your plant like the plans that I
1:40
offer all I am alkalyn you can go to
1:42
insert infinite a plan cloudy has got a
1:45
little accent and sometimes because I'm
1:48
from Venezuela Venezuela did I say it
1:53
right yes
1:54
yeh yeh and sometimes we have a little
1:56
hard time understanding each other but
1:58
she's much better in her language than
2:01
I'm in my life
2:03
she's better in my language than I am in
2:05
my language you know so anyway any bland
2:08
so uh how's my plans on my plans so
2:13
so anyhow I always wanted to create like
2:15
a blog and I have a little blog section
2:18
on my on my website but I feel I didn't
2:20
be like so much love into it because he
2:23
was just like one more tab on the whole
2:25
site yeah so I was like whatever I'm
2:26
just gonna I didn't know if it was gonna
2:28
be confusing for people
2:29
hahaha but I was like I don't care I'm
2:31
just gonna go ahead and open the blog so
2:33
it took me a little bit to find a name
2:34
and then just is it hard to start a blog
2:37
no it's easy I mean it took me time just
2:39
to make it look pretty
2:41
yeah you know I like the logo and all
2:43
that stuff but um I put it up and like
2:48
picking up the name that was tricky but
2:49
I am what is the name is da da the trend
2:54
is moody da da ta Qi that trend is my
2:58
tha baby D trend is Moody okay because I
3:03
wanted it to brandy smooth and it all
3:05
started was because I just wanted a
3:07
place so sometimes like on my social
3:09
media like on Facebook or Instagram I
3:10
will pose a lot of recipes like health
3:13
recipes let's say your tips or whatever
3:15
but then they'll get lost because I
3:17
didn't have them on a website
3:19
um so let's say I pose a pancake recipe
3:22
and six months later you're like oh I
3:25
remember Claudia posted a pancake recipe
3:27
let me go look at it if there's so many
3:29
other pictures just yet gets lost so I
3:31
just want to make a play ventually moves
3:33
dance moves out when you can't find
3:34
exactly so I just wanted to have like a
3:36
please work
3:37
everything can be there and you have
3:38
like a search button that you can flit
3:40
like breakfast and then you have them
3:41
kind of hi your website okay but it's
3:43
not yours
3:43
yeah but yeah it's like recipes and then
3:45
there's also I have like all my red he's
3:47
like my race recaps like if I I just did
3:49
a marathon but you may where were in Los
3:51
Angeles a marathon
3:53
yes so like I do like the reviews of the
3:55
marathons or I was just talking to Bobby
3:57
and we were talking about the trip that
3:59
I took to Panama so like I'll do like a
4:01
review of the hotel that I say or
4:03
whatever so there's like a lot of
4:05
content but it's organ a lot of
4:07
information there you're giving people a
4:09
lot of info information but it's are
4:11
just great which was the biggest thing
4:13
that I didn't have was it was not
4:16
organized and even for me like sometimes
4:18
I wanted to be like oh that because I'm
4:21
very like whatever I have around I'll
4:24
just throw it together and like let's
4:26
say for
4:26
to be and he'll come out on them like
4:28
all want to do it again but I know
4:29
because I did an idea oh yeah so yeah
4:34
there's an awful lot into formulating a
4:38
recipe yes uh to me it's actually easier
4:42
to just have my ingredients out and put
4:45
it together but to try to measure and
4:49
formulate it everything is hard you know
4:52
I know how much to shake yes
4:54
but oh can be kind of annoying too yeah
4:58
yeah yeah yeah but yes yeah can yeah so
5:03
yeah so it's basically dad you have to
5:07
check it out yeah set all the recipes
5:10
are live healthy of course you know I is
5:14
it all about is it just about smoothies
5:16
or is no no no so when I pick up the
5:19
name that I was thinking about and ask a
5:21
bunch of people like first you have to
5:22
find a name that is not already taken
5:25
which is so hard because there are like
5:26
millions of blogs out there ago she and
5:30
about health and whatever so that was
5:32
really hard and then I also so I was
5:34
like I want a name that implies this is
5:36
gonna be healthy recipes right but I
5:38
also want something that implies that
5:41
it's not just gonna be recipes like
5:42
maybe I can talk about beauty products
5:44
or whatever I want to talk about right
5:46
or right about not talk about so that's
5:49
what I pick the word trendy and then the
5:51
worst mood II just kind of like to me
5:53
it's kind of like a salad that it's just
5:55
like am i I like vegetables or or
5:57
healthy stuff like when you think
5:59
smoothie you think something healthy
6:00
like a mix I think of a liquid of a
6:02
liquid but it's like a mix of fruits or
6:04
whatever so it's gonna be like a mix of
6:08
health stuff yeah whatever you want to
6:11
talk about or put up and uh you know my
6:14
favorite thing to do cloud is to reach
6:16
out and ask your friends out there you
6:19
know what what do you want to know what
6:21
would you like to see oh can I help I'll
6:25
answer a question for you or get to the
6:28
bottom of it something that you've been
6:30
trying to find information on so that
6:33
will help yeah that's fine how long have
6:35
you had your blog up two months not even
6:38
yet two months yeah
6:40
there's a front yeah yeah they're in
6:41
dude I like 30 recipes or something uh
6:44
that's great yeah that's great well to
