Chanel my grand dog one of my grand dogs
0:40
and uh Bobby has been really really busy
0:44
y'all with a project that I'm so excited
0:48
that he's doing you want to tell
0:50
everybody or you might not tell them
0:52
with enthusiasm and excitement that I'll
0:54
tell them so I'll tell them okay y'all
0:57
Bobby's got a part in a movie
1:01
his mother is over the moon excited for
1:04
him it's an independent movie an hour
1:07
and a half it's a g movie and it's kind
1:10
of like a Time Warp thing okay now I'll
1:12
give you the opportunity to talk I think
1:14
that was pretty much summed it up it's
1:17
just a it's a it's a neat opportunity I
1:19
got a call from uh from a friend who
1:22
told me that there was a movie being
1:23
film in town and asked me if I was
1:26
interested in reading for a part and I
1:27
said sure so I came down and
1:30
Phil my good my good friend Phil um
1:34
miked me and filmed me reading some
1:36
lines for a part and I didn't really
1:38
expect to get it and they called me back
1:41
really quickly and said we would like
1:42
for you to be in the movie so I'm in the
1:45
movie and I have I have to tell y'all
1:49
when when Bobby was telling me
1:51
everything uh he said Mama I have to
1:54
tell you it was really really weird
1:58
talking to a coat rack
2:01
oh here yeah I was talking to probably
2:02
that flagstand right there yeah cause
2:05
Lor I have to talk to
2:07
you so read us one of your lines just
2:10
read us one of your lines I just love it
2:12
I get so excited now Act Your Part do
2:15
your acting well let's see
2:18
um it's the Constitution I don't get it
2:21
I couldn't sleep so I got up and read
2:23
the darn thing really
2:26
really what is it what am I missing here
2:29
I I don't know yes you do oh I do yes
2:33
you do well see I don't know the other
2:34
person's lines so yes you do you have to
2:36
make them up oh I have to make that up
2:38
it's a fully improvised movie no it's
2:41
not all on the Fly no it's not 100% no
2:45
it is not absolutely it is no cuz you
2:48
told me you have to memorize all your
2:50
lines make it up as I go that's why they
2:52
hired me see I knew you were smart no
2:55
there are lines and it's fun and it's
2:58
the movie the movie is um like you said
3:01
it's an independent film and it's
3:02
G-rated which makes me really happy
3:04
because my nephew Jack you can't see him
3:07
but he's here he's sitting in the
3:08
producer's chair y'all he's here right
3:10
now can we flip around and get get our
3:15
producer our number one
3:19
producer my grandson is also smart and
3:22
he's like his daddy and his uncle he can
3:24
do anything when they when they asked me
3:27
about being in the movie I was happy to
3:30
hear that it was J in what the subject
3:31
matter was because I want my nephews and
3:34
if cloudy and I ever have kids down the
3:36
road that you know I'd like for them to
3:37
be able to see it and be proud of it so
3:40
um it's just a really fun opportunity do
3:43
you know what I mean oh listen you've
3:45
been in a movie I was in Elizabeth Town
3:47
talk about it oh my gosh uh to have an
3:50
opportunity to work with
3:53
um me Cameron Crow no you weren't in
3:56
Elizabeth Town no but I'm here now but
3:58
to have the opportunity to work for
4:00
Cameron Crow and uh watch his excitement
4:04
and the passion that he had for shooting
4:07
Elizabeth Town it was an experience I
4:09
will never forget y'all I I just
4:13
wouldn't have taken anything for that
4:15
and watching professional actors do
4:18
their thing cuz they just told me to
4:20
play me right but to watch them do it
4:22
like Susan sandon and um oh what was a
4:26
goodlooking young man's name Orlando
4:29
orando Bloom and kirst and dun you know
4:33
watching these
4:35
people um Act was amazing yeah well um
4:41
in my movie I'm the biggest star in the
4:43
movie so yes you are so you ain't saying
4:48
you just saying which isn't saying
4:49
anything about me or anybody else in the
4:55
movie I'm working with people that are
4:58
that are really talented and nice and
5:02
fun and they're like me they're just so
5:04
excited to be a part of it these people
5:06
are these people though these people are
5:08
just they're they're they're very good
5:11
actors but you might not recognize them
5:13
for big movies like the man that's
5:15
playing uh uh uh another major character
5:19
in the movie is a is a
5:22
really um experienced stage actor so
5:25
he's done a lot of U plays and he's done
5:29
Shakespeare and stuff and he's a he's a
5:32
professional
5:33
musician who has played um on stage with
5:36
the Almond Brothers and just he's he's
5:39
an older man than me he's he's a really
5:42
accomplished guy and and what part does
5:44
he play in the movie um he plays a f
5:46
named Ben and that's all I can say about
5:49
that and then because I can't say
5:51
anything I don't want to give away the
5:53
movie and then the girl who was playing
5:55
my wife her name is Karen and she's an
5:58
experienced actress as well but these
6:00
people so these are people that really
6:02
hadn't they they're they're actors
6:05
they're people who have not become jaded
6:07
about it let's put it that way they're
6:09
experienced in the things that they want
6:11
to be experienced in and they're
6:13
passionate about what they do and there
6:15
are to young people in the movie as well
6:18
that are really good um actors and
6:21
they're you know really young teenage
6:23
people that's just it's I can't wait so
6:26
listen now I want you to
6:28
seriously uh
6:30
just just one one of your one of your
6:34
lines one of your speaking Parts just
6:36
give it to me and I'll just try to react
6:39
to it but I just love seeing you act I
6:42
just did I just did it oh no well but
6:43
you was waiting on me to answer so do
6:45
you just pretend like I'm answering um
6:48
so do you need to stand up to do this no
6:51
I don't you sitting down I was sitting
6:53
down yesterday okay good I was okay you
6:56
ready I'm ready all right let's begin
6:59
here's the scene we're in a coffee shop
7:01
okay uhhuh and I'm sitting here reading
7:03
my newspaper I'm a donut nope you're not
7:05
no you're not you're uh you're joining
7:08
me at the table okay and I'm not
7:09
expecting you so I'm sitting here
7:11
reading my
7:12
newspaper uhhuh where did you come
7:18
from
7:21
there look Ben I had a really strange
7:26
day yesterday maybe you can explain a
7:28
few things for me
7:31
okay anything I'd
7:34
like anything you like okay
7:37
well first it was the
7:40
dream then I met you then the
7:44
headline and
7:46
then were you at the bookstore up in
7:50
yesterday yes as a matter of fact I was
7:52
I was a nervous
7:54
rack why why were you
7:57
nervous it's the Constitution
8:00
I couldn't sleep so I got up and read
8:03
the darn
8:08
thing and then this is going to seem
8:11
really
8:11
strange but ever since the dream had
8:15
this weird feeling that I'm in
8:17
danger I don't know well you better not
8:19
be I don't know why you stepped on my
8:21
line oh I'm sorry I don't know why or
8:25
from what but at the shakes all morning
8:33
excuse why that's really a scene that we
8:37
did yesterday and you were almost
8:39
perfect oh
8:45
good and what did you say excuse me for
8:48
cuz I had to go get my coffee the
8:49
Barista had just called me and said your
8:51
