0:30
making shrimping grits okay all right
0:33
why don't you lead us you're the pro at
0:34
this okay well there's a couple of
0:36
things Howard that you need to do to
0:38
ensure that you have great grits okay
0:41
the first thing is make sure that water
0:43
is nice and salty okay and for the
0:45
shrimp and for the shrimp we've got a
0:48
little onion a little pepper uh
0:51
personally I love bacon so we've sauteed
0:55
those off and uh we're going to just
0:57
remove our shrimp guys okay okay and
1:00
then reduce it with some white wine and
1:03
some heavy cream oh Nature's most
1:05
perfect yes it is isn't it and and
1:08
that's going to make our sauce yes and
1:10
we're going to put that on top of our
1:13
grits I've got something new and
1:16
delicious here for y'all to try that's
1:18
going to be the crowning Jewel of this
1:20
this is a finishing butter
1:23
m is that not it it satisfies it
1:27
finishes the whole meal right and it's
1:29
de couldn't and when we serve up this
1:32
shrimp over the grits and top it off of
1:34
