are gonna show us how they make choice
0:19
ters rockefeller so just watch but
0:30
Charlie and I were down fishing a couple
0:33
years ago on Father's Day a place I have
0:35
on the Gulf Coast and it was Sunday we
0:38
went a little small local church didn't
0:39
have about 30 people in the church and
0:41
when it was over with the priest got up
0:43
and said you mind introducing yourself
0:45
let's see we got a few new people here
0:46
in the church and Charlie quickly gets
0:48
up you know and he says I'm Charlie
0:50
Russo from Savannah Georgia I'm here
0:52
with my younger brother and we've just
0:53
here fishing for the weekend and he sits
0:55
down well I get up and I say my name is
0:58
Vincent I'm his younger brother like he
0:59
said and also is better-looking brother
1:01

1:53
oh it goes back we're in the I'm gonna
1:56

1:57
grandfather AC Matthews okay he came
2:01
over to the Matthew seafood yeah my
2:03
mother's a Matthews
2:04
it's all in the family now okay so tre
2:07

2:11
your mother was a Matthew
2:13

2:16
born here in America okay here in
2:18
Savannah and he was on the waterfront
2:20
started with all the seafood on the
2:22
waterfront then when he was old enough
2:25
to go back my Uncle Louie which is my
2:27

4:34
okay Paul I see you looking through my
4:36
book I have been enjoy whoa look here
4:40
one of my favorite recipes is always a
4:42
rockefeller
4:43
look at how quickly she grab that for
4:50
you know what they say about people like
4:52
that you'd rather clothe them than feed
4:54
oh nothing okay one bite baby there do
4:56
tell me what you think about it now go
4:59
on in there
5:00
that's the juicy part I pulled a little
5:02
bit of fresh juice on every one of them
5:04
then up liquor oh yeah that's a Bluffton
5:11
South Carolina oyster my sushi chefs
5:13
whole little baby
5:33
oh I Paul you asked about what I do with
5:37
this I did the first thing that you
5:39
really like I had to put butter on them
5:40
yes so if you're doing it doing them
5:43
about 16 ounces the can spinach I like
5:45
it better than actually the fresh
5:46
spinach I've melt up stick of butter
5:48
with the cans yes I use can and
5:51
Elizabeth even you mean you use can spin
5:53
the green spinach does not give you the
5:55
same texture it does and you you see how
5:58
cuz you keep eating them there I'm gonna
5:59
have to you have room for the Lowcountry
6:02
go ahead anyway
6:04
Oh emmelda buttered a like I'm in sup an
6:07
onion cook the onion down put three or
6:09
four bay leaves in it and then I put a
6:12
little salt and pepper now come back
6:13
with the spinach and mix that in with
6:15
Progresso seasoned breadcrumbs and that
6:18
gives it a little more bass to you know
6:19
the bass that down on ya and soaks up
6:22
some that oyster liquor right right and
6:25
then after I shuck all of these and
6:27
loosen them I saved the juices and I
6:29
come back but I actually poured juice
6:31
back in everyone obviously you got the
6:32
true salt flavor it's nothing fake and a
6:35
little shots a little drop of two wishes
6:38
Shire sauce Parmesan cheese and just
6:41
brawl it till it just won't
6:42
are you all counting Oh y'all count
6:45
another you know you can eat
6:47
[Laughter]

7:45
