hey y'all i'm jamie dean with some more
0:07
tips for you smell that
0:10
garlic we're working with garlic today
0:12
we're doing stove top roasted garlic
0:14
we're going gonna start with some extra
0:15
virgin olive oil
0:18
i'm gonna really coat the bottom of the
0:19
pan here now what i'm starting with is
0:22
about a cup that i've already bought
0:25
that are peeled
0:27
and ready to use
0:29
this is just from the store
0:31
i'm gonna put about a cup in here i got
0:32
a hot pan
0:48
as you can see that goes pretty quick so
0:49
you're going to want to keep your eyes
0:50
on it and this is what we have when
0:52
we're done beautifully bronzed roasted
0:56
garlic
0:57
what i'm going to do with it is pop it
0:59
into this blender now i've got enough
1:01
extra oil that i don't think i'm going
1:03
to have to add anymore
1:05
but you want to make sure when you're
1:07
blending this up that it's nice and
1:09
creamy if you see that it's a little
1:11
chunky you can always come in and
1:13
drizzle a little bit more oil
1:15
i'm going to add a little bit of coarse
1:17
ground salt into here
1:19
it smells so delicious
1:22
this is going to keep her two weeks in
1:24
your refrigerator
1:32
now i'm grinding this up and i am going
1:34
to need a little bit more olive oil
1:37
so i'm going to start small
1:39
let me scrape down my sides oh yeah i
1:41
should smell this so delicious
1:48
that's perfect now remember rome white
1:50
building today so
1:52
don't get discouraged you're going to
1:53
have to stop it and scrape your edges
1:55
and add a little bit more oil but it's
1:56
worth the work
1:58
look how beautiful this is fresh garlic
2:00
spread
2:02
and you can drop this into a pan where
2:04
you're sauteing any of your vegetables
2:07
rub it on your chickens you can put it
2:09
on your steaks now that's italian south
