Hey y'all. Jamie Dean. Today we're doing
0:08
roasted garlic. It's going to be
0:10
awesome. It's the easiest way to get big
0:12
flavor for your dishes. Garlic knife,
0:15
cutting board. Take the tip
0:21
off. We're going to put these in the
0:24
center of a square of foil.
0:32
We're going to drizzle a
0:33
little extra virgin olive oil on
0:39
here. Not too
0:45
much. Two great
0:47
flavors. I'm going to bind these up at
0:49
the
0:51
top. Now that I've got these wrapped up,
0:53
I'm going to pop them in the oven on 350
0:55
for 20 or 30 minutes.
1:02
This is what we're looking at. Beautiful
1:05
fresh roasted
1:07
garlic. I love garlic roasted mashed
1:11
potatoes. So, I'm going to stir some
1:13
into our fresh cream potatoes that we
1:15
have here. Get a good pinch on the
1:18
bottom here through my foil. And I'm
1:20
going to squeeze these garlics out.
1:27
They slide right
1:29
out. Now, this roasted garlic's not
1:31
going to have near the bitterness of raw
1:34
garlic, so don't be afraid to really
1:38
give it a good squeeze. Let's get some
1:40
down in
1:42
there. Now, I'm going to incorporate
1:44
this through my mashed potatoes all the
1:46
way through. This is going to be really
1:49
flavorful pockets of punch in your
1:52
mashed potatoes. This is a good tip. And
