Try to choose a larger lobster for more filling. Then steam the lobsters so they are ready to be stuffed. Next, make some mashed potatoes, but don't overbeat them so they are lumpy. Lastly, put in sour cream as the secret ingredient to awesome mashed potatoes. Chop some shrimp and combine with your mashed potatoes and then stuff onto the lobster tails with a sprinkle of paprika. Bake them for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
