0:07
hey y'all welcome to Paula's at
0:09
Christmastime you know I can't believe
0:12
Michael and I have lived in this house
0:14
we've lived here for five hard years I
0:18
mean we've been a little rough on this
0:20
house needless to say well we brought in
0:24
the whole team and we have put fresh
0:27
paint in brought in new furniture and
0:31
decorated for Christmas I can't wait to
0:33
share it all with y'all I think you'll
0:36
find a few ideas that you may want to
0:38
use even for your own house so you know
0:42
I really didn't have a real hankering to
0:45
change a lot about this room because I
0:49
thought it was always perfect to begin
0:51
with but we did put a fresh coat of
0:54
paint on it so every time y'all heard
0:57
ladybird go this is where she was
1:04
sitting let's walk out of ladybirds
1:07
house and into the little room that I
1:10
call the morning room like I said this
1:12
has always been one of my favorite parts
1:15
of the house I love all the brick and
1:17
this room was yellow but we changed it
1:21
to this incredible incredible Brown
1:27
so just because ladybird doesn't live in
1:30
this room any longer doesn't mean I want
1:32
my birds to go away I continue with bird
1:36
pictures and bird print if in fact this
1:39
is one of my chairs from Universal and
1:42
you see the beautiful birds I really do
1:46
think that every woman should splurge
1:49
and have a wonderful bathroom that she
1:53
feels like she's just dropping herself
1:56
in the middle of luxury it houses a
1:59
beautiful chaise which this is from my
2:02
line of furniture and it's a great place
2:05
for me to come in here put my feet up
2:07
read a book and just forget all about
2:10
the day's problems
2:13
so because of mine and Michael's
2:15
lifestyle we spend a lot of time in this
2:19
room our bedroom I may not feel like
2:22
sitting up in my living room looking at
2:25
my Christmas trees so this allows me to
2:29
get the best of both worlds to lie in my
2:33
comfortable bed and to look at my
2:35
Christmas tree at the same time I love
2:38
this table it's a take on the old
2:41
farmhouse table I love the fact that I
2:45
can see eight comfortably so this is
2:48
where we sit and eat until we pop y'all
2:54
I love when you walk in the front door
2:57
y'all the way you immediately see the
3:00
Christmas tree I just love centering it
3:03
between the three doors
3:06
but these aren't like maybe my favorite
3:09
chairs because this is where I love to
3:12
sit with Jack my grandson behind a
3:15
Christmas tree so he can look at all the
3:18
presents and guess which ones are he is
3:20
well that's it y'all that's the house I
3:23
hope you've enjoyed our little mini tour
