Uncle Bubbah's Shrimp Quesadillas

I feel sorry for anybody that hadn't got to meet him up close and personal

What are we making now? With quesadillas. All right. Oh, is this Bubba's case of this

All right. Uncle Bubba is my brother. Give me something to do while we talk

All right, all right. I tell you what. Shrimp. Where are shrimp

I don't know. Let's see. That would help. Oh, there we go

And we got some water here in the pot, and I've turned it up high

All right, what are we doing? A tablespoon of seafood seasoning. Okay

Ancho chili powder, two teaspoons of that. All right. And then you can open that can of diced tomatoes

I think it's got green chilies in it. Let's see. Yes. Okay. And you can just put that in that colander and drain it Okay And I going to be turning on our skillet over here and getting started on the rest of our ingredients We got our little flour tortillas

We're going to throw those shrimp in there and just let them cook for a few minutes just until they turn pink

We don't want to overcook them. All right, so you've got a big family, don't you

I do. Does your wife have a big family? She does. She's from Louisiana

There you go. Everything they do is around food. They bring stuff to eat

I'm like, this is delicious. I'm like, what is it? And they're like, you don't want to know? You don't want to know

Put your little more hot sauce on to keep you in there, city boy. I'm like, give me a hint

our family. I mean, when I get together with my family, I'm like the fourth funniest person

so I don't even have to entertain. All right, now we're just going to take those shrimp and just toss them in with our tomatoes

No. No. Well, and the great thing about this for a party is it's so easy to do. Yes

I mean, from start to finish, it's five minutes to do. I always get nervous when I get my family together

And when you tell this stuff on stage, people think that you're making it up

But I did a whole thing about the clampets go to Maui. Because when I finally started making some money, I took all my relatives

And it literally I mean they were showing up with Piggly Wiggly bag in the airport My sister That was my luggage for the first 10 years Oh my sister This is the whales were in Maui

You know, they're only there like six months a year. And so my wife's like, who wants to go

And my sister said, I think I'm going to just stay here and watch The Price is Right

And I said, I said, so now I'm getting worked up. And I said, you are never going to get a chance to see a whale again

And she said, I never get a chance to see the prices right. It's only when I'm at work

So this is my family. That makes perfect good sense to me. This is my family
