We're gonna make a taco salad today
0:02
Now, you remember when I said I was gonna pull out about a pound of ground beef from earlier
0:07
Well, that's gonna go in our taco salad. So, I've got some lettuce that I started shredding
0:14
And then I'm just gonna finally shred our lettuce
0:23
All right. So, we've got our lettuce all shredded. And there's a number of ways that you can make this salad
0:32
I'm going to add just some diced sharp cheddar cheese. And I'm going to add one onion that's been diced
0:49
Diced tomatoes. ground beef
0:59
that I reserved. And I'm gonna toss it. Welcome back, y'all. While you were away, I polished
1:08
off my buttered pasta. And it was so good So we gonna work our way through the rest of our international meals And I gonna finish up this taco salad Now I got our cheese in it I got our ground beef I got tomatoes and I got onions Well next I gonna add a flavored
1:26
tortilla chip. And then I'm gonna add about a cup of salsa. And then I'm gonna
1:38
to add about a well, yeah about a cup or a little over a cup of Catalina dressing. So
1:45
we're going to keep it all kind of red. Just going to give this all a toss. And if you
1:55
have just a little bit of lettuce, naturally you wouldn't want to add that much wet to
2:00
your salad. Or if you had more lettuce than I have, then you'd want to add more. All right
2:07
Now I'm just going to pile this up on our platter
2:17
Now all I'm going to do to this is add some just shards of fried tortilla chips
2:22
We're just going to kind of stick them around in there because they make the best spoons
