Now I'm going to move on over here and put together a hot spinach and artichoke dip
0:05
That is so good. Now I'm going to start with two cans of artichoke hearts
0:11
I'm going to just put them in here. There's still a little bit of juice from the can, so I'm not going to pour that in there
0:20
Now if you don't have a food processor, you could do this by hand
0:25
But I'm just going to pulse. I don't want to puree it
0:30
But I just want it chopped nice and fine, cause when I bite into it
0:39
I wanna be able to get those pieces of artichoke. All right, we're just gonna put our artichoke in our bowl
0:46
Now I have a package of chopped frozen spinach that I popped in the microwave
0:53
and cooked him for like five minutes on high. And you'll want to make sure that after you take him out
1:04
of the oven, that you squeeze all that juice out of there. And you'll need to let it cool off before you can do this
1:12
Look how much water that one 10 ounce package of spinach yielded
1:17
It just amazing You know how much water vegetables have in them All right Now we going to mix a half a cup of mayonnaise
1:30
It's got all my favorite condiments in it. A half a cup of sour cream
1:40
And a cup of grated Parmesan cheese. And we're just going to stir all this together
1:49
We're gonna put this in a preheated 350 degree oven and we're gonna bake it for about 30 minutes
1:57
Now I'm gonna bake this in a cast iron skillet. Alright, so I'm just gonna pile this into the skillet
2:04
Alright, now I'm gonna top it with a grated pepper jack cheese
2:11
And in the oven it goes for 30 minutes. All right, so in the oven it goes
2:29
Oh, and look at that. How yummy does that look? Mm-hmm
2:41
This is so incredibly wonderful
