Rosemarry Mashed Potatoes

So we're gonna make smashed potatoes

No, we're gonna do smashed red potatoes. Just pour them in there

We'll cover them with some water and salt. And we're gonna cook them for about 15 minutes

Then we're just gonna take the palm of our hand and smash them down, put them on a cookie sheet

with olive oil and some seasonings, and we're gonna serve them along with that pork

and it's gonna be delicious. What's cooking? We got a pork loin in the oven, and we have just taken the red potatoes out

Okay. They're pretty hot, Cheryl, so what do you want to smash them with

Smash, smash. I think when you put them in that, you can smash. Yeah, I'm going to be using this

Okay. But you can smash them with a cup. You can smash them with your hand

Oh, I like this. Yeah. I mean, that's easy. Yeah. All right

No. A couple of tablespoons, Cheryl. Okay. And what I'm going to do is I'm just going to heat our olive oil

Just a few tablespoons. And I'm going to just infuse that with a little heat

A little salt. You want the garlic in there? Yes, please. It's coming

I'm going to add a little heat and let these ingredients just kind of marry together

Now we'll get the rosemary in and just drizzle it over our potatoes

Y'all, I'm going to bake these for about 15 or 20 minutes at 375 degrees
