Potato Egg Salad

So, Laurie, what goes better with summer dishes than a cool potato and egg salad

We're going to cut these up. And we need about six cups of these new potatoes

So the deal was that I was going to teach you how to cook

and I'm going to make our sauce for our egg and potato salad

All right, I'm going to need a third of a cup of Italian dressing

and that's probably about the only thing I'm going to measure, Lauren

Okay. And I'm going to use a half a teaspoon of horseradish. You like horseradish

Mm-hmm. Good. So they're going to have a little bitty bite to them

and do you think you could dice up this celery? Yes, ma'am

And onions for me. That would be great. That looks like about a cup of mayonnaise

And I gonna put in a teaspoon of dry mustard Now I going to add about a half a cup of sour cream I going to use this same spatula

Oh, this sounds delicious. There we go, about half a cup. Oh, it's going to be so good

I like to take my eggs and I like to just mash them

That's just so much easier than chasing it all over the board, trying to chop it
