It's like so many of our holidays,

they have gotten so commercialized.

when we have our children and our grandchildren.

I remember my daddy saying,

"I just want y'all to have more than what I had,"

and I felt that very same way

about my children and my grandchildren.

So I don't beat myself up about it,

'cause I just don't think we can help it.

But I just, I really instill in my grandchildren,

you know, what Easter is really about.

It's about the resurrection of Christ.

They thought that they had killed him

by hanging him on that cross and beating him.

But after three days, they went to check,

and the stone was not where they had left it.

The stone was rolled away and Jesus' body was gone.

So, if you're a Christian,

that is such a powerful message to me and my family

that life after death is very real.

And so therefore, you know,

we just think of Easter being a rebirth for us.

Whether it's, you're thinking about changing jobs

or thinking about having another child

you know, Easter is a time

when I personally start thinking about that rebirth,
