HowToMakeSimpleVinaigrette QuickCookingClass EP18009

Hey, y'all. Today's how-to is how to make a simple vinaigrette. I'm gonna sneak a tip in, though

too. If you got a dish towel around the house and you want to free up both your hands, you can roll

this up like a little handkerchief and tie it around the base of your bowl. And this way, you

can dump with one hand and stir with the other, and it stabilizes your bowl. A simple, simple

delicious vinaigrette, y'all. Two to one vinegar to oil. This is definitely vinegar. So let's say

I've got, if we're doing two to one, I've got four tablespoons of vinegar. I'm going to mix in

two tablespoons of oil. You know that I love Dijon mustard, and that's really a big enough flavor

that this is all your dressing needs. Maybe a tablespoon. Whip this up with a little bit of salt and pepper

Notice I got my hands free and my bowl's not going anywhere. Little bit of pepper

This is delicious. You can dress your pasta salads, your green leaf salads

anything that needs a little dressing, your sandwiches. Delicious and simple. Today, how to make a simple vinaigrette

Thank you
