How to Make Fun Pancakes

I ask Jack and Matthew every morning what they want for breakfast

and Jack always says, pancakes, Daddy, pancakes. So I found a way to dress up pancakes and make it fun for the kids

I've got my batter here and some good old-fashioned food coloring. You can use any that you like

I've got blue and pink here this morning. If you want to get super fancy, ask your kids

they know the color chart, blue and red makes purple. Look how pretty that is. Now why would

you eat a regular pancake when you can eat a purple pancake? Recycled ketchup bottles

make a perfect way to keep these fresh in your refrigerator and easy to put in your

pan. Get yourself one of these handy dandy funnels. You work them into your bottles

I've got my pan warmed up. Put a little bit of nonstick spray and this is where you can

have fun. You can make any shapes or designs that you can think of. I think maybe this will be for

my wife, so we'll make a big old heart. So while this is cooking, let's take these for a test drive
