How to Freshen Hardened Cheese

Hey, y'all, you know when you got a little bit of cheese and you grate some off or you

slice it off and have it for a snack, and when you come back in a couple of days, the

end has kind of gotten hard and you always wind up cutting it off and throwing it away

Y'all try this tip next time for the cheese that you have left over. This is a really neat idea, too

I've got two packages of butter. I just finished a recipe here, and I've got enough left on here

It's a really neat way to use it. Take your butter wrapper

and just rub the ends of your cheese that you've cut or grated

You can keep your hands clean. Keep your cheese fresh for next time

I'll just stick these in the airtight containers, y'all. And the next time you go to use your cheese

you won't have to cut off the ends because a little bit of butter keeps them fresh and delicious
