Y'all better get excited over my peanut butter. Who here has ever made homemade peanut butter

How do you make yours? Peanuts and a Vitamix. What does your peanut butter consist of

Do you know exactly what? Just peanuts. Just peanuts? Just peanuts. Wow. Does it have good flavor

It does. Okay. Well, I'm going to show you a peanut butter this morning that's better than yours

Okay? It's going to be simple, but it's going to have a little bit more flavor than just peanuts

I'm going to start off with peanuts. No. As you might imagine

No. We're going to use one pound of unsalted peanuts. Good local honey, a couple of tablespoons of it

I'm just going to eyeball it. You can also get not only great honey here in Savannah

you can get great peanuts down in South Georgia. We also have pecans in Georgia

And there's a couple of different ways that you can say pecan. A lot of people think that it's incorrect to say pecan

People say pecan, pecan pecan. We fortunate to have a relationship with former president Jimmy Carter and Miss Rosalind They really nice people Mr Jimmy told me that there are four ways this is exactly what he said there are four ways to pronounce that delicious nut Pecan pecan pecan pecan

And they're all correct. And I think that you can trust a former president to be, especially from Plains, Georgia, to be accurate on that

So no matter how you say it, it's right. So whenever people correct me when I say pecan

I say, shut up. President told me it's all right. All right, I'm gonna add a little bit of peanut oil

maybe a tablespoon. and a little bit of salt, and that's going to be it

Really simple recipe. If we don't like it, we can always add a little bit more of whatever might make it better

and there's a lot of added other ingredients. And making it at home is fun, and it's quick and easy
