- Well, I wanna share with you this recipe,
1:00
that I have found it's easy to do,
1:03
and they're Tomato Tarts.
1:05
- [Susan] Oh, I love Tomato Tarts!
1:06
- Yeah, I choose a Roma tomato because I don't like to worry
1:10
about matching up the size too much,
1:13

And you don't want a tomato bigger than your pastry.

- I usually put a radicchio on the tray to decorate,
16:22
and you gotta be very patient, which I'm not,
16:24
but to kind of pull the leaves back.
16:26
- Oh you just kinda curl 'em back?
16:28
- Yeah, you gotta be real patient.
16:30
- Yes.
16:31
- Because you need to pull 'em back, one by one.
16:32
- Okay, yeah, I'll help you do that.
16:34
- There you go.
16:35
- Beautiful.
16:36
- Beautiful, beautiful.
16:38
- Alright, Susan these look done.
16:42
Well, I think they look positively beautiful.
16:45
- Okay.
16:46
- Let me just grab a tray in our radicchio flower.
16:49
Now look how pretty that is,
16:51
it looks like a beautiful flower.
16:54
- Now they are hot.
16:56
- Yeah.
16:57
- So you have to wait a minute.
16:58
- They could pull the skin off the roof of your mouth.
17:01
- Absolutely.
17:03
- They're just beautiful.
17:03
- So are you excited about having another birthday?
17:06
I always get excited, when I have a party!
17:08
- Every birthday I am excited about!
17:11
- Me too, and I like my birthday.
17:14
I'm like you, I always wanna party.
17:16
- I just try not to think about the number, you know?
17:19
- Oh yeah.
17:21
- But all about the celebration with friends and...
17:25
- Okay, there we go there.
17:27
They're one bite.
17:28
- This is, you stick the whole thing in your mouth?
17:30
- Whole thing in your mouth.
17:31
(upbeat music)
17:34
- Susan, those are so incredible!
17:38
- [Paula] Coming up next,
17:39
y'all we finally get to dig into my Shrimp Dip.
17:43
Then, it's finally time to celebrate
17:46
with my friends and family.
17:51

18:07
(upbeat music continues)
18:11
- I see the only thing left, is a Shrimp Spread.
18:15
- Of course if you're having a party in Savannah,
18:17
you have to have shrimp.
18:18
- You gotta have shrimp honey!
18:19
So I'm gonna start with a little cream cheese.
18:22
- Do you want me to chop that onion for you?
18:24
- Please, if you just rough chop it.
18:27
- Okay.
18:27
- Because I'm actually gonna cream this up, pretty good.
18:30
If you'd do some chives with your...
18:32
- Oh, okay.
18:33
- We will sprinkle all that on the top.
18:34
I'm gonna put me some mayonnaise in here
18:36
with my cream cheese.
18:38
Susan, can you also chop me a stock of celery?
18:41
Now I'm just gonna,
18:45
pulse like that,
18:46
and just incorporate that cream cheese
18:49
and mayonnaise together.
18:51
- Celery.
18:53
- And you know what?
18:54
Now I think I'm gonna add just a wee bit of sour cream,
18:57
like a heaping tablespoon.
18:59
I'm gonna go ahead and do up my eggs.
19:02
- [Susan] Maybe four eggs? - [Paula] Four eggs
19:04
- How many pounds of shrimp are you gonna use?
19:07
- A pound, a pound and a half.
19:09
(grinding noise)
19:11
- Alright, I'm gonna put in our veggies.
19:17
This is gonna give us some nice little color.
19:22
Now in come our beautiful, beautiful Wild Georgia shrimp!
19:27
Then I'll add a few of these sliced pearl onions
19:30
that we had leftover.
19:33
They should not be left out of the party.
19:35
- They should not be left out of the party!
19:36
This is already looking so good.
19:39
(grinding noise)
19:40
(upbeat music)
19:41
(grinding noise continues)
19:44
- Please, Shrimp Gods, that's good.
19:49
- That's good.
19:50
- If we put this in the refrigerator, overnight,
19:53
it would probably be easier for us to work with.
19:57
I'm just gonna kind of mound this up.
20:02
I'm gonna try to just do this like I would a cake.
20:06
So how's that?
20:07
- Alright, that is beautiful.
20:09
Alright, I'm gonna spoon this in here.
20:11
- Everybody loves their Pepper Jelly.
20:13
And then I've got our toast points here.
20:16
- Okay.
20:18
- That I'm gonna just put around it.
20:21
Now look how gorgeous that is.
20:22
- Now that is so pretty!
20:25
- It is just beautiful.
20:27
Well Susan, let's taste our new recipe girl!
20:29
- Oh, it is so beautiful!
20:31
- It is beautiful, look at that.
20:35
- Mmmh!
20:36
- Yum!
20:37
- Yum, that is delicious.
20:39
Well, we gonna make sure that this year,
20:41
your birthday is really special because Brandon
20:44
and I have come up with the location.
20:46
- The gambling casino!
20:47
- Oh, you're wrong, you're wrong!
20:49
(Upbeat Music)
20:54
- So this year I, I know there's a party,
20:56
but I don't know where it is.
20:58
- They're gonna load me up on a bus,
21:00
and then I'm going off to the secret location.
21:03
(cork pops)
21:05
- [Male voice] Happy Birthday
21:06
- [Paula] Y'all this year,
21:07
they have really outdone themselves.
21:10
They've surprised me with a party at the Delta Plantation!
21:14
A beautiful historic property in South Carolina.
21:18
And I don't have to tell ya,
21:19
that Susan's food was phenomenal!
21:23
But the most beautiful sight of all,
21:26
was seeing my friends and family celebrating my birthday.
21:30
