Frosting Cupcakes

Hi, I'm Cheryl Day from Back in the Day Bakery and I'm here today for PaulaDean.com to show

you one of my favorite things which is to make a bouquet of flowers on our cupcakes

And here's how you do it. First you'll start with a mixture of your favorite colors

You definitely want to have a leaf tip and then we'll have all of our assorted floral colors

for the flower tip, you're going to start with a petal tip. And here's how simple it is. First

you're going to start with your petal tip facing with the fat side down, and then you'll point it

and do just like a little dollop right in the center. And then around that, you're going to start with your center of your flower. So you'll do two

half circles right in the middle like so and then you're just going to follow up with your petals

and going all around in a circular motion until you have your flower shape

These look like beautiful roses just picked out of the garden. So there's one and then you're going to take your leaf tip

and you just simply push it out like so. And that's a real easy one because it just looks like a leaf

And that's it. And there you have it. A bouquet of flowers right on your cupcakes
