And when our shrimp are ready, we're going to need something to eat along with it
0:04
And I don't know about y'all, but I don't always keep the fancy crackers in the house
0:13
But I always have a soda cracker or a saltine cracker. So I'm going to show you how to kind of fancy those up
0:21
Now there's several different ways that you can do this. You can brush these in olive oil
0:26
You can brush them in butter, or you can brush them in an egg wash using the whites of the egg
0:32
I think I'll choose the butter. So we're just going to pat those with butter
0:37
We have to have something that will make our ingredients stick to them
0:42
All right, I'm going to brush this second half in egg wash, and we'll see if it makes a great deal of difference
0:48
All right, here we go. Now, to do your crackers, you can put mostly anything you want to on them
0:54
But I like to start with a little parsley. Now I'm putting a few sesame seeds on these
1:00
And see how pretty they looking Alright now I gonna sprinkle a dark sesame to give them just a little contrast in color All right now I gonna put a little caraway seeds on it I love caraway
1:13
So we're gonna throw this in like a 325 degree oven. And I've got another pan already ready
1:32
Wow, don't those look great? Those don't look like that ordinary soda cracker, do they
1:38
I've actually got some shrimp that Michael did about four or five days ago
1:42
so I'm going to get those, and we're going to try his along with our cracker
1:49
Let's see what he did. They're so good, and they're so tart
2:00
They make me pucker. Mmm. The cracker is just perfect with the shrimp
