What you gonna make
0:01
I'm gonna make some creamy roasted cauliflower. I've got my onions chopped
0:07
I've got my garlic diced. I've got heavy cream. And I've got some cream cheese
0:14
We are gonna just cut those in flouettes, son. You want them big or you want this cut in half
0:20
Not real big. Yeah, we maybe cut that in half. If you would just toss it in the olive oil and just a little salt and pepper
0:34
And I have put about a tablespoon of olive oil in this pan and a tablespoon of butter
0:42
Will you pass me that salt and pepper, please, Mom? Yeah. Just hit mine with a little bit
0:47
Okie doke. So we're just going to saute these, y'all, until they're kind of transparent
0:53
And we're going to roast our cauliflower maybe for about 20 minutes in the 350-degree oven, you know, until they're kind of tender and a little bit brown
1:05
All right, so we're going to let these saute. Then we're going to add four ounces of cream cheese and about three-fourths a cup of heavy cream
1:16
Mmm, mmm. I believe this is gonna be delicious. Mmm, fine as wine
1:21
I gonna have tight pants You gonna have tight pants Right here in about 45 minutes All right so we just got to let that cream cheese get melt into that heavy cream and those onions and the garlic
1:35
And then we're going to toss in our cauliflower, our roasted cauliflower
1:40
All right, Jamie, that looks good, y'all. We've got our cream cheese and our heavy cream, our onions and garlic
1:46
Son, you want to get out the cauliflower? And we're going to toss this in
1:50
And this is nice and thick, Jamie. Ooh, yummy. Just throw it in
1:58
Look at that. I could eat. Mm. I love cauliflower. Me too
2:05
Mm. I'm going to add just a drop of milk, son, not much
2:11
