Cheesy Squash Casserole

Hey y'all, today's how-to is a little cheesy

See, I got my cheese out here and you know it comes in usually wax like our cheddar wheel

I love that it comes in wax. But when you buy it from the market, lots of times it's in plastic

And plastic really seals all the moisture up in your cheese and it makes it sweat or it makes it cry

So when I'm at the butcher shop, I ask for extra pieces of butcher paper

and I can take my cheese and I keep it in paper like the civilized folks do, I'm sure, somewhere

But it's pretty interesting when people say, what are all these bags of stuff? And you can say, hey, man, I'm dignified

I keep my cheese in paper instead of plastic. The fun part is that you can get markers and you can label your cheese like this is cheddar

So, of course, it's the dollar sign. This is Parmesan. And we've got some Gouda and some Brie

It takes a little getting used to to seeing your cheese in the paper, but it tastes better for longer

It's more gouda to do it that way. And it's also easy, breezy

You get it? Brie, gouda, cheddar, parmesan, it doesn't matter. It's all better when it's wrapped in paper
